Broom Stick

Why did the witch choose to fly on a broom stick? Could there possibly be a more uncomfortable form of transportation? Who wants to ride a pole? It is bad enough the rest of us have to ride in coach when we fly. She could have chosen a cloud to fly upon and instead she chose a broom stick? Maybe she is obsessively compulsive? Anywhere she goes she just has to clean up spotlessly. Have no fear though, she comes with her supplies. You could just imagine that she casts a spell on a house and miraculously it is cleaned up and then she flies on her broom stick to the next one.

In any case, if you are thinking of becoming a Witch for halloween, your core accessory is the broom stick!  The type of Broom Stick needed really depends on the witch you choose to be.  Here are some options:

Standard Witch’s Brookstick

Harry Potter Broomstick

Question: I want to make my bones stronger by "micro fracturing", "conditioning", "hard body training", whatever you want to call it. Would rubbing a broom stick or a smooth stick down your shins really make them stronger? If so, would it work with any other bones?

Answer: Rubbing? no. Hitting them? Yes. Try hitting your shins lightly with the stick instead of rubbing. Start off with light swats until you get used to them. Hit a little harder when you feel you can take them. In time, your shins will get stringer and conditioned.
