Cheap Halloween Costume
This is the holiday one could be cheap and get away with it. Dressing up like a bum with stuff you find on the street or in the trash could be considered a treasure on Halloween. It is all about how you present yourself. It is easy to come up with a great idea for Halloween and have it cost less than ten dollars. You could put on a large ring earing, chug a large mug of beer, say arrrrrgh and call yourself a pirate. Or you could walk around with your laptop in one hand, cup of coffee in the other and your hair in disarray and call yourself a writer. You could steal scrubs from a hospital and call yourself a doctor. Don’t do this if this is actually your profession. In that case the joke really doesn’t work. You could pull your pants way up high and put a band aid on your glasses and be a nerd for Halloween. Girls love nerds. When thinking of a cheap costume for Halloween, think simple instead of elaborate. If you can picture it then you can wear it and it doesn’t have to cost much at all. Props and acting go a very long way and are not hard to come by and you do not need to spend a lot on them.
